Community is a social platform organized around cities. Instead of connecting you with the entire world, it connects you with the people in your city — the residents, neighbors, and locals who share your daily environment, your transport system, your food culture, and your local news.
Every discussion on Community takes place within a 24-hour channel tied to a specific city and topic. When a channel expires, the conversation ends and a new one begins. This keeps discussions fresh, relevant, and grounded in what's actually happening right now — not what was happening six months ago.
We believe local knowledge is valuable, and that the people who create it should be rewarded for doing so. Community is built on the principle that genuine participation in community discussion — asking real questions, sharing local expertise, providing useful answers — deserves real recognition.
When you contribute to a Community discussion and other members find your contribution valuable, you earn points. Those points are real: 100 points equals $1 USD, withdrawable to your bank account via Stripe. Our reward system is designed to incentivize quality and consistency, not virality or volume.
Registered members select their city and browse active 24-hour channels organized by topic — local news, food and drink, sports, arts and culture, technology, health, and 20 more categories. Within each channel, members post comments, ask open questions that generate threaded discussions, and answer questions posted by others.
Every contribution can be voted on by other members. Positive votes earn you reputation stars and contribute to your band placement — a score that determines your share of the platform's reward pool. The reward pool is funded by advertising revenue and distributed to active members on a regular schedule.
Members who accumulate points can convert them to a USD wallet balance and withdraw to their bank account through our integrated Stripe payment system, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold and standard processing fees.
Community is currently available in European Union member states and selected additional European countries. The platform supports 23 European languages, allowing members to participate in the language they're most comfortable with. City-level discussions exist for cities across the EU, with new cities added as the member base grows.
Our country availability is configured to ensure compliance with applicable data protection and financial regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant payment processing requirements.
We moderate Community to maintain an environment where genuine discussion is possible. Our community rules prohibit spam, harassment, and deliberate misinformation. We use a combination of platform-level tools and community voting to maintain discussion quality. Members who consistently violate community standards may have their accounts suspended or removed.
We do not sell user data to third parties for marketing purposes. The advertising revenue that funds our reward system comes from display advertising served through Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show relevant advertisements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
