By registering for or using the Community platform at stellar-app.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and users of Community.
You must be at least 14 years of age to use Community. You must be located in and a resident of one of the countries where Community is available (currently European Union member states and selected additional European countries). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, inflate points, or otherwise manipulate the platform is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@stellar-app.net if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
The alias (display name) you choose must not impersonate any person or organization, violate any third party's rights, or be offensive or abusive. We reserve the right to require you to change your alias if it violates these requirements.
Community is a platform for genuine local discussion. By using Community, you agree to:

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion.
Community's reward system allows members to earn points for their contributions. Points are allocated based on the activity you perform (comments, questions, answers, channel creation) and the votes your contributions receive from other members.
Points have a monetary value of 100 points = $1 USD. However, points do not become eligible for withdrawal until they have been held for a minimum maturity period (currently 30 days) and meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. We reserve the right to modify the maturity period, conversion rate, and minimum threshold with reasonable notice.
Points earned through prohibited behavior (including vote manipulation or spam) will be forfeited, and your account may be suspended. We reserve the right to withhold or recover points where we have evidence of policy violations, at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Community. By posting content, you grant Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content as part of providing the platform service — including displaying it on public-facing pages of the website for content discovery purposes.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.
Community is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of rewards paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered members by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Community after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
